Critchley Hackle has just received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2013.
This award, which honors excellence in hospitality, is only presented to establishments which are continually given outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor, the world’s largest travel site.
These reviews assist with rating businesses throughout the world, and only 10% of the accommodations listed in TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award. To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received over the last 12 months.
“TripAdvisor is pleased to not only formalize the program on an ongoing basis, but also expand it to now cover attractions and restaurants, as well as accommodations,” said Christine Petersen, president of TripAdvisor for Business. “The accolade gives exceptional businesses in a variety of different industries around the world the recognition they deserve. From top-rated restaurants in Boston to top-rated attractions in Barcelona, we want to applaud these businesses for offering TripAdvisor travelers a great customer experience.”
With this being a difficult accolade to receive in the competitive travel industry, Critchley Hackle feels that this Certificate of Excellence proves as an opportunity to encourage travellers to consider a trip to Dullstroom to indulge in our luxurious accommodation, country cuisine and pampered service.
Critchley Hackle has 22 beautifully appointed rooms and suites. The hotel and its surrounding area is a great destination to relax and enjoy the tranquil setting with magnificent views.
