The developments are managed as “Apartment Hotels”, accommodating Hotel guests. The Apartment Hotel concept allows individual investors to place their apartments in a rental pool, the combination of short term “hotel” occupancy and long term rental business ensures a significantly better return than the typical long term stay rentals, thereby achieving a higher return on investment. Also, with qualified hotel management on site, the apartment owner is assured of a “hassle free” investment.

CRS staff working with state of the art CRS software (e-res) connected through Global Distribution Systems to both local and international travel agents and airlines channels. Fully interactive website offers online reservations and payment facility. Intensive E-marketing campaign backed up by latest technology in search engine optimization and portal management. Our website is geared to deliver professional customer relationship management enhancing occupancies and therefore returns to investors.
Our individual operations (Hotels) are interfaced with the central reservations hub via web and broad band technology and the information viewed at each operation is updated on a real time basis.
